The deepest point is – 15 meters. It is a site for expert divers because there are almost always strong underwater currents.  You can find large rocks that form ridges separated by strips of sand.   The sea walls are covered in red gorgonians and  Parazoanthus. At 36 meters you can see the lead stock of a Roman anchor and as you continue the immersion westwards on a sandy bottom we can find yet another broken Roman anchor.

Fauna: in the rock splits you can find groupers, croakers and ferrets. The shallow waters are a preferred location for various pelagic species also because of its strong currents.

Sessile fauna: home to the largest colony of red sea fans.
